FACTORY-BUILT HOMES

SINGLE-SECTION CROSSMOD®

There are factory-built homes for every stage of homeownership. As of 2025, a new smaller single-section CrossMod® home is available for homeowners who want the look of a site-built home, with the efficiency of a factory-built home, but with a smaller footprint.
CrossMod® homes are one type of manufactured home, but if it isn’t the right choice for you, manufactured homes come in a range of styles to fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets.

Manufactured homes are built in a modern factory and delivered ready for installation. These homes meet strict federal HUD standards for quality, safety and energy efficiency. They’re the only homes built to a national code, ensuring durability and peace of mind.

SINGLE-SECTION HOME

Single-section manufactured homes are built in a factory as one long single unit. Size ranges from 14-18 feet wide and 50-80 feet long. As the smallest HUD Code homes, they are the easiest to transport and faster to install onsite. They are a great entry-level choice for first-time homeowners as well as a nice option for retirees looking to downsize.

MULTI-SECTION HOMES

Multi-section manufactured homes are built in two or three separate sections, which are joined together at the home site to create spacious floorplans with more square footage and open layouts than single-section homes. They can include modern amenities, large living areas, and potential for more than three bedrooms and bathrooms. Multi-section manufactured homes make great family homes.

DUPLEX

A manufactured home duplex is a type of home where a single manufactured home includes two separate living units. This home is built in a factory to federal HUD standards. The duplex manufactured home is divided into two distinct residences, each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living space.

MODULAR HOMES

A modular home is a house built in sections (modules) in a factory, then transported and assembled on a permanent foundation at the building site. Modular homes are built to local and state building codes, just like site-built homes.
